The Gospel Wins

The Gospel Wins

Reading: Romans 10:14-17

Devotional: After all the sending and sailing and spiritual confrontation, Luke gives us the only outcome that ultimately matters: the proconsul believed. Not because a miracle dazzled him, but because he heard the word of God and faith was born. Miracles may confirm, but the gospel alone transforms. Every act of consecration, every yes to God, every door walked through in obedience, and every moment of resistance endured is subtext to this singular goal -- that people would hear and believe.

You are set apart and sent not for a platform, not for recognition, but for this: that someone who has never walked through the doors of a church might believe because you first walked through a door toward them.
