Obedience Over Certainty
Obedience Over Certainty
Reading: Hebrews 11:8-10
Devotional: Abraham went out, not knowing where he was going. That single sentence contains the entire anatomy of biblical faith. He did not have a detailed itinerary. He had a word and a God who spoke it. Barnabas and Saul sailed to Cyprus without a guaranteed outcome, without a map of every obstacle, and without assurance of how the people would respond.
There comes a moment when discernment must give way to decision. God is not honored by endless deliberation when He has already made His direction clear. The open door does not wait forever. Step through it in faith today, trusting the One who opened it.
